well i need to rotate the object so it looks like it is going up and down the hills on it anyone know how to pls

Yeah, its one of those things where you just need to get out a pen and paper and work it out for yourself...

(Remember the Get Ground Height command when/if you're doing this...)

if you look at the tank demo you can locate and use the code for rotating to a matrix, it involves creating four "feet" one for each corner of your object, then getting the heights of each one using GET GROUND HEIGHT and then performing some calculations to get the angle between them.
