Whenever I click it, the current window changes.
(More annoying than it sounds)
I have Alt-Tab for that so is there a way to change the fact that the middle mouse buttton changes the current window?!

Yes, control panel > mouse

Mine does fast scrolling (the actual scrolling is sooo slow)

Works fine for me, just about 10 times slower than the built in mouse (laptop)
