I hate the internet, im in the uk and have the sloooooowest connection on broadband, but if I was in japan, then for the same price ide be getting about 1Meg per second...

Don't forget it's only a snapshot, I got a fantastic result, better than my average speeds.

Personally, I keep a spare internet in a carrier bag under the desk, just to boost it when it slows down.

For some reason it seems to believe that Cable Speeds start at 1.5Mb
So seems i'm in the DSL range, despite having a cable connection.

This said, when using Fileplanet I easily adverage in 45KB/sec

I did exactly what the first post told me to do. It just kept sending me bigger files. I posted what it returned. As I said, I'm just better. I do in fact get 11 mb/s downloads here.
