i am new and have no idea what c++ or anything else everyone is talking about can someone explain alot to me. eg what is dark SDK and whats it do, whats it work on does it work with DBpro,what is c++ ect

what are these and were can i get them and how much are they worth.
Microsoft Visual C++ 6 or Microsoft Visual C++ .NET 2003.
