Newcomers DBPro Corner / MOUSEX() and MOUSEY() functions not working

Well, these two functions don't seem to be working...I have them set to display the coordinates to the screen but it just returns 0.

I'm running DarkBasic Professional with all the latest updates on Windows XP. If any other information is needed to help, just ask.

Works fine for me....... its probably a bug in the updates.

how is your code arranged, are you dealing with your own functions? sounds like the values are global and are not making it back to the display-values code.

ok just saw the source button (meh). Instead of text command, what happens if you use set cursor and print instead?

works fine for me. tho im slightly confused as to why you used the variable y in one, but called mousex() again in the other.

does this code work?

@Chapmad - You're original code works fine. If it's still returning 0 for mouseX() and mouseY(), check to see if you changed the Application Window Caption because that cause lots of input problems.
