You should never have two different kinds of devices with the same IRQ. That could seriously mess things up. I recommend you take your computer to an expert and see if he can fix the IRQs. Of course, if there are other graphic controllers present with the same IRQ, then it will cause an IRQ conflict. Under some circumstances you will have problems with your hardware if this happens.
By the way, what is your graphic card's IRQ? Mine is set to 16.
