Right im making a website, i want it to have a portal so everyone can submit there demos of the db/dbp games and people can vote a review them, i might try to make this portal my self (i know theres some portal tutorials out there) unless you think you know even a bit on how to make a portal would you please help me, and i need someone else who can help me with the layout and design.
