Me and my friend got an idea on a cool game to make so..... WE DID!
we are currently working on it but i will tell something about the idea of the game and i have some early ingame screenshots

The Idea :


You start in the middle of a highway!
And cars are driving against you! So you need to avoid the cars.
The record will go after how long you have survived.
If you get hit by a car you will be throwed back to the menu were you then can see you record!



Right at this moment the player is just a cube(we use it to test the collisions and that kind of stuff) after all that are done we well find anohter object to be the player.
We have made one car driving down the road and if you hit it it will just quit the program

maybe some better textures and a sky?

It doesnt look bad and it sounds quite enjoyable, but with such a small idea it's necessary to put in a lot of detail.

Okay Now i have worked on the game and i have theese new functions in the game now:


When the car have passed you it will return in the top of the road again + it starts a randome place.

There is now buildings in the side of the road.

The box is now a sphere(wich look better)

Every time the car return at the top of the road it will get a little more speed and at last it goes pretty fast!
but i have made so when it reach a top speed it will stay there so it dont get impossible.

Better, but why dont you just use the image tag instead of a screenshot download?

Anyhow, why use a sphere? You could use the red car. By doing this, you could also add some rotations to make it more realistic.

ive played a game with a very similar concept to this its called ummmm crazy highway. you had to get a certain distance along a motorway without blowing up your car, you could race people too.
it needed alot of work though was a bit buggy and not amazingly good, im sure yours will batter it, good luck mate, looking good so far, just needs some texture and model work.
