Dudes,

Little demo I made using cube mapping (so it requires a capable video card) to represent the mod team's love for all you guys. 1.5 megabytes self-extractor, check it out here. Hope you enjoy it

They're not all americans

Anyway, appreciate the gift guys, happy new year, and I gotta say that'd go well with some DnB or Jazz in the background (or...something).

Cheers,
Preston

Take it or leave it, that's all I can say Ben.

I know I've already told you this Mouse, but nice work. Now you just need to make me a screensaver.

Where was racism mentioned?!?

I think BEn was just pointing out the 'americanism' in your original post. Nothing to get worked up about

Benjamin, why must you ruin something nice that Mouse has done for us by attacking him?

If I may quote something I've said in a previous thread:

Thats why.

My computer's gfx card is good enough to run cube mapping (i think)...i ran the exe, it was unresponsive so I closed it. I closed all running programs and restarted (it was being sluggish) and now I have a 640x480x16 resolution..........very annoying

I don't know why it would change the resolution as it runs in windowed mode. If it was unresonsive, it probably doesn't support cube mapping. I'm sorry for your trouble, though. What graphics card is it?

It doesn't change the resolution, it crashed and the drivers were nuked or something probably just a co-incedence

Still good

Wonder if we could come to some sort of "arrangement" to convert it to C & DarkSDK ?

I'll go to neaten up the code now, and then post it-- it's incredibly simple, but it's also embarassingly clunky . I don't have DGSDK myself but I'd be glad to share. Thanks also

Neo-> I certainly hope it is. There is no file writing anywhere there; it's just an innocent 3d application that makes some cube mapped spheres and spins them around. Again I'm sorry for your trouble. Best of luck with your machine.
