hi there, im new to the whole world of programming and was just wonderin if any1 with some spare time could answer some questions, which probably seem obvious, just not to me....

1)whats the difference between rotating an object on its Y axis and using the TURN OBJECT command?

2)how would i fix the camera to an object with free flight

3) finally could u take a look at my fighter model

Is it me or is there something missing??? just can't put my finger on it(part from weapons, they are separate)

3. bitmaps dont work on the internet - put it in .jpg or .gif format

Am I the only one here who's really confused?

1) Turn object left rotates an object about it's own Y-axis, whereas yrotate object rotates an object about the global y axis. Also, turn object is a relative value (ie. turn it left by 20 degrees, and it will turn 20 degrees to the left of its current angle), whereas yrotate object is an absolute value (ie. will rotate to a specified angle regardless of its previous angle).
