I created a map in cs4 for testing out
Added it in dbp:

Load Object "Maps/map.x",1
Position Object 1,0,0,0

Now The problem is, i see the texture but when i move the camera its half seethrought: here is a screenshot.. ( may be a bit dark sry )

Yes you really should read APEX'S sig and click on it. This plugin is really great. I have had this problem even with his importer though (not his fault). I had older drivers for my video card and I could see through parts when my desktop resolution was 16 bit and my DBP resolution was 32 bit. New drivers fixed it.

Looks to me almost as if there are two faces there which occupy the same 3d space. That effect usually happens when you get two doing so.

I.e. if you have two plains in the same spot with the same rotation, they would be overlapping each other. If you texture them different you'd get that pixelly breakage you see.

Get 15 new commands, all the date / time commands left out of DBPro for free!
DOWNLOAD PLUGINS HERE: http://www.davidtattersall.me.uk/ and select "DarkBasic"

i tried the plugin apex...i just don't really understand how to install it

I don't have a folder with name 'Keywords' in:
Program Files\Dark Basic Software\Dark Basic Professional\Editor\

I just made one...anyway
when i past the stuff in my code: its says - "Command in DLL command-table unrecognized (LOAD CSM[%LSL%CSM_Load%LOAD CSM (Filename as string, lightmap flasg as integer ))"

Any suggestions?

Walnoot, you must have a folder similiar to Keywords since this is a standard folder as part of the DarkBASIC Professional editor for maintaining the syntax highlighting for your source code when editing. The csmimport.ini file contains additional keyword highlight rules for your editor. So if the folder doesn't exist, which it should, what version of DarkBASIC Professional are you using?

Also, the compiler error you're receiving is because you MUST copy the csmimport.dll (For the correct version of DarkBASIC Professional you are using) into the compiler\plugins-user folder.

Once these two files have been copied, run the DBProExample project that comes with the importer.

Paul.
