Those images look like discolored versions of the Mars photos....

and the "descent through the atmosphere" sound almost certainly has to be a fake. listen - it just sounds like a short, looping static sample that changes to random volumes. and not even smoothly - just jumping to random volumes.

they are in color its just very compresed and they will uncompress them even more to get the color, its some wierd comressor they have so it wont take so long to get here in whole

they are crap, you would think by now they could at least get JVC quality out there, and maybe dolby surround sound!

unlike the images they send a satalite does not travel the speed of light (as far as i know) therefore they must have launched it before high quality cameras

maybe that accounts for the sudden shifts in volume, but what about the very, VERY obvious loop? just listen to it, and you'll hear the "beat", a little faster than once a second.
