Newcomers DBPro Corner / Need Forum search help please!

G'day everyone, new to these forums and db in general, and before I started asking questions which have already been answered, I tried to use the forum search.

Unfortunately, I keep getting the following:

There are no posts in this Board yet, why not be the first?

I even get this message when I search for keywords taken driectly out of these forums (both titles and body text)

Can anyone help me with what I am doing wrong?

Try using the 'google forum search' instead of the 'thread subject search'. There is a massive number of posts with the subject 'help' or 'help me please', so that option isn't quite as useful as it could be
