Hiya all ^_^

Well its almost done is my Worms game (if any of ya still remember my Eviloution demo that is ^_~)
and I need a bit of help with something.

I have written a program that will check all the main features of a computer, (including the OS and what version of DirectX u have…And not a DLL in sight! ^_^) and I am gonna use it so that people can download it first to check if they can run the game. It will save em a lot of time cos it’s a small program and they wont have to download a 30meg game only to find that they cant run it.

I have checked it on my computers and it works, but I need to know if it works on other peoples too, so could you PLEASE download it and run it and then post here and tell me if it worked for you.

Here’s the address.

Oh and if it works well I will set it up so that everyone who wants it can have it for their own use.

It worked fine on my comp. Apparently I need a new version of directx though

Also I think it would be good to have a simple animation or something when it is working, so people know it's working and hasn't crashed.

Yep Mr Tom, I am working on that now.

Well Gapforeman the way it works is with a look up table, so it MAY get it wrong sometimes. But what I need to know is did it tell u that you had DirectX 9 or 9a or 9b??? That will help me a lot to trace the bug. Also, what OS are you using?

Thanks for the feedback so far. ^_^
