OK, I really want to know if there is a 3D Animation program that can be used for DBC? And can it save .x files?
If you could post a link to there site.

Any modeller that exports to .X or .3DS files.

Simple as that.

BLENDER is a great free tool for creating many types of models, including .X. Go to http://www.blender.org and click on Downloads under Blender, which is located in the Main Menu on the left side of the page.
The interface is a little different compared to many other modelers, but once learned(through the tutorials supplied), it is the most efficient and versatile one you've ever used. Not only can Blender be used to create high quality, low/high poly models for games, but also serves as a sharp proffessional video/movie scene creator, just as if you were using 3D Studio Max. Down below is an example of what I am talking about.

So, check it out and I am sure you will be glad you did! You can't beat such a packed modeler, which has developers constantly working to update it, for free!!!

Try GMax - kinda like 3DS Max (i.e, quite easy to use), except it's free, and must NOT be used for profit stuff. If you're making a profit, the theory goes, then you can afford to upgrade to 3DS Max

It only saves .gmax files, but there are convertors. I recommend you try it out, as it is free.. ~50MB

Look under 'Downloads' or 'Products' or something http://www.discreet.com

Oh yeah, and a lot of people on this forum swear by MilkShape. I found it really, really easy to use. Try it too.

..And I guess I should mention the other (like 3DS Max) high-level modeller... Maya. You either like Maya, or you like 3DS Max. If you like both, then I'll tolerate you... for now.

Blender, 3DS Max, GMax, Maya, maybe JTEdit.

Most modelling programs can animate. Okay, okay.. It's about 50/50, really.
