Well i'll say it before anyone else does, we need more info !
What have you done so far?
Have you any screenshots?
Is there a specific area you need help with?
If this is just for the theory behind such a program, ask in the game theroy board.
If you have no idea how to even start this is suggest you work on a simpler project until you have mastered the commands you will need.

But ask a direct question and we'll be happy to help
