to make your own site for free and stuff ?

Well there used to be DBSpot (till it was swarmed by n0obs) but there are still your generic free sites with ads and popups: Freewebs, Yahoo, Lycos etc (they all suck), or you can cough up some cash and buy some decent webspace.

I think several people here are planning or are making sites that store your projects and give you a portfolio or something but I can't exactly speak for them

One last thing, you spelt website wrong

I use http://www.freewebs.com to make my website but they only allow you to use 10mb of space so you cant really put a game on there. And downloading files from them are slow and they put ads on your webpage.
