And yeah, it would be 65535, 'cuz that's the maximum number you can get out of a 16bit integer.

There would *HAVE* to be. I imagine it would be a 32bit number or maybe even a 64bit, because if you invented a method to use as many bits as required to store a number, if you went too high the number would take up all of your RAM just to store.
