DarkBASIC Discussion / making objects walk and ect.

ok i am new to dark basic and to programing. i have loaded a man that is idle and then i also made an animation that should make him walk. the thing is i dont know how to apply the animation to the origonal idle man. Also this is off the topic but when i loaded the idle man he is always facing the camera. how do i get it so it is the 3rd person view but from his back?

I am not sure how to fix the camera but in terms of getting the charicter to face away from the screen try typing

rem make object face away from screen
YROTATE OBJECT object number,180

he should then face away from the screen

there is a tutorial on waking with moving legs and everything
look in the help files
click on tutorials and click "3d that walks"

look at this command...
APPEND OBJECT ANIMATION
after you have YROTATed your man use ...
FIX OBJECT PIVOT
