I have been testing the functions included in NETLIB.DLL.
All seem to work for me except vw_StartWatcher. I am sure
I am doing something wrong. It just won't compile. I get a
"Cannot understand command at line nn".
Can someone post a working example of the function?
Thanks for any assistance to a real 'newcomer'.

most likely using () when they are not needed. there is no return value. Try removing the () in vw_StartWatcher(...)

post your code if you still have a problem

Thanks for the timely response!

I interpret your post as saying to leave the () off the end of
vw_StartWatcher.

When I do that I get the following error message:

Parameter for 'vw_StartWatcher' do not match 'X,Y' at line 51

Just taking it a day at a time...
