Go to academicsuperstore.com, you can get the Visual Studio .NET 2003 Academic version (professional version), for $90 which is off from the $1000 dollars retail price. VS.NET 2003 has Visual Basic .NET, Visual C++.NET, Visual C#.NET, Visual J#.NET, and Crystal Reports.
