Im gettin back to programmin and I need some ideas on what programs I should use.

The game is a street racing game. I am right now using Anim8or for the models but I need something that can really animate in DarkBASIC (classic if ya wanna know). I also need some programs on making maps and doing lightmapping (free stuff though b.c right now I got no money).
