okay heres another screen of a project loaded

as you can see it has no name and the menus are going to need a little clean up but overall it is comming along nicely

I also have to figure out how to searalize and deserialize the position of the panels but that is almost done

At this point I need a name and if anybody is still interested then I will release it to beta and enhance it from there.

How about a built icon editor that saves the icon as the file type for an icon so you can use that for your finished project? I remeber using it in some IDE for C++ loong ago when I tried to learn (Of course I didn't learn anything and soon gave up)

You can just use bitmaps as icons.
Dark Studio is a good name.

anime blood

I am not sure yet I have a whole round of beta testing I want to do first - the icon painter might be harder than I first thought and might have to wait till after the first beta

Coder_David:

What do you mean by file address - the path to the media? This is how it should work on that end - you will find your media on disk and it will add it to the project window then (if I can get this to work) you will be able to drag the name to your editor and it will put the path and filename in the editor. Might have some problems if the media is not lower in the directory structure than the project but I am working on that. Most likely it will ask if you want to copy the file to your project directory.

Don't worry about the media. Wasn't really a good idea. Coder_David was having a go at an innocent chap in Team Requests so don't take him to seriously.
