i want to know; with midi can u play more than one tone at a time cause if not then i want to know how the crap they made %WINDIR%\media\onestop.mid (came with windows xp) cause that clearly uses more than 1 instrument

You can play up to 128 sounds at one time as far as I know. You really do know nothing about MIDI eh?

I belive you can ask your questions about midi in a single thread instead of creating a new thread for every single midi question.

Oh, you were asking if midi was single threaded... no it is not.

You should also read up on how to post more than one question at a time as well.

Anymore threads about MIDI's will be locked on sight, you can easily post them in your 3 already existing threads.
