I want to do video editing, and Windows Movie Maker is not enough for advanced stuff. Is there any software that will export all of the frames of a video into images for editing in Photoshop? And if so, is there any software that will put those frames together to form a video?

Thanks.

You need something like Aura DV, you can edit individual frames without disassembling.

Adobe Premier won't let you draw on the frames. After Effects might, although I haven't looked into it.

But you're talking megabucks.

nobody here heard of Rad Game Tools?
http://www.radgametools.com/bnkdown.htm

"RAD Video Tools" can convert movies into other formats, including sequenced images, and convert image sequences into videos, in various different formats, including AVI, Quicktime and their propreitry Bink and Smacker formats, which are used a lot in games

Tis free too
