What it is
At the moment it scans and edits pictures. Its a bit like paint!

Basically...
Basically I would like you to:
-Test this beta and let me know what you think.
-Notify me of any bugs you find
-Suggest how I could best use the commands from DBP to improve Image Dreamer.
-Suggest how I could best use 3rd party dlls to improve Image Dreamer.

1 : I opened program. It worked.
2 : I scanned. No option to choose scanner, but most people only have 1 (like me)
3 : Image successfully returned
4 : Window functions worked
5 : Effects did nothing
6 : I cancelled a scan and it paused for a long time
7 : Clicking image makes it scan = bad idea

Was ok overall. Effects pretty rubbish - hardly can be called effects.

a bit slow overall pretty good though

quit hiting the computer; computers can only do what they are told so we must be telling them to do wrong things

yeah speed is slow because:
1. The amount of time DBP takes to load images using load image and load bitmap is slow with large dimensions and/or file size.

2. The image effect dlls take their time when e.g. blurring at full strength on large images.

3. Startup and shutdown, thats DBP's fault.

Anyway thanks for the feedback
