Why does DarkBasic create such large files? For example:

Compilers to about 1,573,221 bytes.
For 5 lines that is quite a big file!
Could someone explain this to me?
Thank You,
DarkMatter
There are some things things you can buy. For everything else theres DarkBasic.

Darkbasic includes the entire run-time required to allow you to run ALL of the available commands, even though you aren't using them.

DBPro is slightly better by including groups of commands instead of the whole lot.

Do you think this question qualifies as a FAQ then?

lol, you normally need more than one question and answer for a FAQ. I mean you could call it a Frequently Asked Question, but i suppose that would be something like FAQ - S or something.
