Ok - checking the "About" under Help with my DBP - it shows I have version 1.054 (recieved in box some while ago, not downloaded).
But when I check for upgrades in Support, the numbers read 5.something. What's up?, Is there an upgrade available elsewhere?

the latest upgrade is upgrade 1.057, although it sometimes displays differently in the about box(don't know why). To get this upgrade, you can download it here:

Part of solving the problem is actually noticing that the problem is there in the first place
