I originally asked this question to the Dark Basic tech support, but they just mailed me a link (where their reply should be) that I cannot access, so I'm asking it again here.

The version of DBC I have is part of a package I bought from the site http://www.microforum.it (the page for it is http://195.110.141.29/commerce/terzo_livello.php?id=334&s=1&l=1&p=1 ). However, the version of Dark Matter it includes does NOT come with the Enhancement Pack (right now, I'm using the trial version of the EP that is included with DBC v1.13)
I was wondering: can I trade in my current version of Dark Matter with one that DOES include the Enhancement Pack? (what I mean is to send it to the Dark Basic creators, NOT to Microforum)

I can't speak for TGC, but in my experience, having bought the package from another site, you cannot return/trade/replace it with something that TGC sell direct themselves.

However, you need to ask support again, because they hire people to deal with things like this all the time.
