I noticed that, despite the fact I set the monitor refresh to 120 Hz from the screen properties, whenever I run a Dark Basic program, the frequency gets lower (I think it goes down to 85 Hz). Can I modify it from Dark Basic?
Note that I don't mean the "refresh rate" (i.e. the maximum number of FPS) you control with the Sync Rate command, I mean the physical number of times the electron brush sweeps the screen in a second.

Never mind, it was a problem with the settings of the video card: the refresh rate for 16 bit resolutions was indeed set to 85 Hz. I just set it to 120 Hz and now everything works as it should.
