There are no plans for a competition this year at this point in time. We may do one, or we may just go all out and sponsor anothers (retro gamer compo for example) and let them handle it all. It's a LOT of work and the results have decreased in quality each year. But we'll see what happens.

See, I don't enter one year and it all goes downhill . I'm still working on my entry for the last one!, but DBPro games tend to do pretty well in the retro gamers competition - it's just a shame that the expensive prizes usually consist of college courses (hardly ideal for most people). The cool thing about the retro comp though is that you can start on your game at any time, so it's not like you have to wait on hearing the rules before starting your remake.

I think the last compo produced better results than the Alienware one. Of course, you have to remove the crap that was entered because people thought there were more prizes than entrants
