I was thinking while practising to use this new machine and high end software that i could help one lucky candidate who has a nearly finished game with a professional outlook.

I could produce video clips with snazzy graphics combined with film if you have already shot something or film from rendered game sequences and so forth that can be used behind menu systems etc..

If you have a nearly completed game thats intended for commercial distribution I would be willing to see a demo of it and work out a contract for my media company to design certain screens either still or video based in return for usage of that media on my new website as a demonstration feature.

drop me a line to iindii@gmail.com

Im a little busy so it may take a few days after this weekend to reply.

some examples that come to mind.

a fire corona circle with space debri floating past for a space game menu.

a futuristic green series of blobby lines that might suit a more technical based game with the story line being displayed in a few scenes with funky ass text you will never see elsewhere.

animated pre rendered sequences of your game with certain special effects over the top.

this would only elevate your games overall look to something a lot more then say simple fx programs you might find on the pc.

have a think about it first, compile a good email so I can have a look at some of the work.

thanks for reading.

You mean like those animated DVD Menus. Such as Final Fantasy The Spirits Within. That DVD has one of the most polished Menu Systems I've seen.

It would depend on how much you would be willing to do, and how much you charge for extra work.

Would this happen to extend to a (limited) CG Animation, or Trailer?
As I feel a professional company working on a Trailer, taking scenes from a game, editing and overlaying music would really be an awesome oppertunity.

I currently down own maya or shake yet, thats another $6000 away after ive already spent $13k for the setup so far.

that said the equipment i have already would create very professional scenes with the software that i have now.

maya is next on the list followed by shake.

Hi Indi,

I'll be mailing you at the address on your site.

[EDIT] Ok, just seen the address above!

By the way, my 7 year old son is sat next to me, and he wants you to know that Vikings didn't have horns on their helmets. They used to drink out of horns, but they didn't wear them on their heads.

Indi, when you get Maya could I ask a favour of you?
I have attached to this post a Maya Binary Scene. Each time I load it, Maya crashes.

Could you try to load it. Would like to know if the problem is this end, as it seems to only have problems with my Character models.

As it is just really the mesh I want, if it loads could you export it as a Wavefront OBJ as they seem to load with out issue.

I had the same problem with my Male model, but that one loaded after 3minutes of waiting. I waited 15minutes for this one, just stopped responding.

It took me a good 3hrs to make, so I really would like to know that time was not wasted.
