can someone please give me an explanation of what a vector is. Actually I'm having trouble with the entire 3DMATHS section. What in the world is a "catmull rom interpolation" or a "LOOKAT left/right handed matrix" and what does maximize/minimize or normalize vector do? I think I understand what a matrix4 is, a 4x4 matrix right? but what do you use it for?

http://www.kentaree-studios.com/tutorials/vectors/index.htm

Phil's Vector tutorial. Explains everything. except 4x4 matrixes, which you will need to locate the ultimate shader thread 2 for(top of DBPro board)

Part of solving the problem is actually noticing that the problem is there in the first place
