Trying to create a 2D scrolling game. As the player crosses a certain point they level will change. I want to use a bounding box to do this but don't know how to create one, the bounding box will not be around a sprite either. Can someone help?

This might sound like a dumb question, but here it goes anyway... What's a bounding box? I'll help if I can, but I'm not sure what you are asking.

I have a black background and tried to set up the sprite as a black object. DB does not see the collision, but if I change the color of the sprite to another color it detects the collision. So I read the following on Bounding box but can't figure out how to implement it.

Thanks Travis.

Travis is also right; make a sprite and either hide it or use a completely black image and it will be invisible.
