Does anyone know how to

A) Bring up the console
And B) Set it to show your FPS during the game?

The tilde key is the console '~'
but I would also like to know all of the usefull commands.

Do enable the use of the ~ key, you need to go to Options -> Keyboard-> Enable console or something like that.

Then, to display the FPS type net_graph 3.

Yes.. thanks, i got it...

You must go to the options, in keyboard, and click advanced.. then you need to enable the ~.

Net_graph 1 will show fps etc, so will cl_showfps 1

or add the -console to the command line in a shortcut
