Ever think of searching google?

There are tons of free hosts out there that support ftp transfer.

http://www.netfirms.com

is a good one that I know of. They support domain name hosting for free too.

No idea.. there are sites out there that offer free webspace but it would be rare to find a site that would allow uploading of such big files(I usually find the limit is 1MB or something similar). I used to use netfirms when they did free acounts, although I don't think they do free acounts anymore.
