Hey people,
Just having a problem setting the black parts of an AVI texture to be transparent, ive tried wjhat i have seen in similar posts yet i have not been able to get it to work so far.
The AVI is uncompressed and i have set the colorkey so im a little stumped.
Any light you can shead on this would be very helpful, i have included the animation and sourcecode in the zip below.

Thanks in advanced people.

You can't set an avi to transparent because they haven't got an alpha channel. You can use a lot of images and change the texture of your object
