You may want to upgrade that to a dvd-rom drive, so you can copy from one dvd to another directly..
Also, you may want to get an lga775 mobo.. I've been checking prices and it's going to cost you about 20 dollars more on average, much nicer to upgrade later with though
(for example, if you wanted to get the 64bit p4)
Also, if you upgrade to the lga775 socket, most mobo's come standard with sata, so spend the extra 5 bucks and get a nice sata hdd.
As for your rom drives, keep those on an ide channel, as there's not much speed increase having sata rom-drives and youll save a few bucks..
I would guess that you're only going to spend 20 to 30 more bucks upgrading to said stats, and it's definately worth the investment!

You may want to buy the processor heatsink/fan separately, and get a refurbished p4 from newegg.. you'll save about 20 bucks that way.
