When I try to load a bitmap for example:
LOAD BITMAP "grass05.bmp"
it says that the file doesn't exist, but i found it in DB media file?
also how do i set that texture on my matrix?

The current directory is the directory where the program is. Either you need to change the current directory, or specify the whole path name. An example fo the full path would be "C:\Program Files\Dark Basic Software\Dark Basic Professional\Media\Bitmaps\grass05.bmp"
