I have wanted a laptop for a long time but i have never had enough money to buy one. So, i looked into palms and pocket pc.
I got a palm m515 for free. It wont connect to the computer anymore, i tried different cradles and everything it just wont connect and the battery only lasts about 30 minutes before it dies. Those problems are the reasons why i got it for free. Since it doesnt connect to the computer i tried using a secure digital card to hold applications and data but that is too much trouble and the battery life sucks so i dont use it. I was looking up speakers on the internet and i found this HP Jordana 680e for $100 on tigerdirect. That isnt a speaker but i clicked on it anyway, hahahahahaha.

There are a few things i like about it. It has a keyboard. The screen is big. It uses windows instead of palm. It comes with office and it can be connected to the internet using a pc card and the batteries are supposed to last for 7 hours.

If i buy it i plan to use it for browsing the internet at school and at home without having to go to my computer. I want to be able to view webpages and read my email, it has pocket internet explorer and pocket outlook for that.

But, i want to know about media players, aim, games, nes emulators and atari emulators. And i wanted to know if anyone used one of these and how easy it is to go on the internet and do other things on a device like this. I would like to know the difference between windows ce and pocket pc. I would like to know about other applations for this device and if they are hard to find. If anyone has information on this please tell me and do u think this is a good buy or is it too outdated to be worth the purchase. It is $110. And can i use pocket pc programs on a windows ce pda.

After doing some more research, i have found out that it is too difficult to get it connected to the internet. I also found out that this was from 1999, so it is very outdated.

I sold my nintendo ds and gamecube and I bought a PSP instead.
