hi, and thanks 4 looking, i have a major problem (well its major to me anyway), i am creating a game that somewhere along the way the user must use a forklift type robot (like the one in aliens), and i have made a test pallet. i need the forks to slide into the pallet and lift it when the forks go up, i know i need to use some sort of collision BUT i dont know where to start, i have tried searching for an answer and got nowhere, can anyone help or point me in the direction of a tutorial?

thanks in advance

EDIT: BTW im using DBP and the forks on the robot are in the animation, if that make any difference

If you are going to buy NGC buy v2.03 (is great) as the v3 series is bugged for months now. EZ Rotate is awesome.

As far as your problem. No plugin I know of right now can use an objects animation data for collision. You will have to make a dummy object to use for the forks collision.

Well collision doesn't work on actual limbs with animation. It acts as thought the object is in its default position. So you will have to make an object from that limb and place it in the same place and rotation as the limb and hide it for use as the collision object.
