when can we see a darkgame (30day trial or something) demo?

For when they said I couldn't, I did...

Seeing as how it's a plugin library and not a program, I can't see that working.

ooo isn't that precious

They could do that, its possible. If in their main function, they checked a file with the start date, they could compute if the trial is up yet or not. And if it was past the trial date, then nothing would work. Everything would still compile but nothing would work. And the file would be read-only once created so you couldnt change the start date. Or putting something in the registry might be a better idea. Either way it can be done.

Well its the same code as dbpro, so you could use the trial for that to see what the sdk has to offer.
The only difference is syntax.

yeah but the trial edition of the SDK would be to test frame rates/compatibilty etc and check out if its worth buying, using the DBPro trial is like buying a new graphics card and saying well they are the same make just a different model number

that or they could release more samples of programs written in both DBP and DGSDK so you could see the difference on the same computer.

They would simply release a demo version whose "sync" and "fastsync" commands only work for the first 10 minutes or so.
