How would I make the camera right behind the player?

you mean 3rd person? look at the codebase, theres some stuff there on it. Ive attempted 3rd person before, just havent been very successful hehe. Good luck.

actually i found a better one in the code base but when i load my model its backwards so the camera is in the front looking backwards and when i press upkey, it goes forward (backward) does anyone know how to fix this if they know anything i just said?

i think i get what you mean, did you rotate your object 180 at the beginning of the program? If so, try using this command after it "set object pivot object#" which will reset the objects orientation to its new angle.
