It explains that the mods decided 600 * 120 is max limit. you are 66 pixels too wide.

It cut's off the TY at 800x600 screen res - really you should aim to get it squeezed in at that resolution - otherwise every post you make will stretch out the forum, meaning you have to scroll a horizontally which is most irritating.
