3D Gamemaker is a great idea to help an artist get feedback for RT3D work. Just wondering if anyone could help me out with a few questions I have about it though.

If I get a game going in the 3D Gamemaker, could this later help a programmer to implement it better using Dark Basic? Would my efforts cut actual coding time later down the road?

I have some fairly complex characters that I created for a game that didn't go anywhere. These characters were built within 3DSMAX using Character Studio and I also made custom face rigs out of dummy objects, which are attached to the head bone. Will I be able to utilize any of these features in 3D Gamemaker or is this even possibly with Dark Basic?

Hope I'm not expecting too much. I realize that it has to be limiting to allow for ease of use but I'm just trying to develop a good production flow

Thanks in advance,

The 3D Game Make will only act as a way to think up an idea. No matter how much you work in the program it won't effect how much you got to code in the end. If you can think it, their is a way of doing it, within the limits of your PC.

I would have liked 3dgamemaker if it would export to DarkBasic code OR be a lot more flexible. As it stands it is unfortunately close to useless
