I've got an ftp client and uploading a .rar file. Uploaded ok and I can download it as long as I'm logged in. But, I can't download anything I unless I got my ftp client open and logged in! I tried accessing it but I get 403 error - Access denied. I've set all permissions on except WRITE for global and groups.
Here's the address:

Cheers,
Nick

the cgi-bin I believe can only be used by files on the server..

IE a call to an email script from an htm or php file on your website..

Stuff like that..
