I was just wondering what I should buy. Details about what I'm looking for are below:

Music Maker (software to make music)

+ Code Snippet

Platform: Windows XP
Price Range: 0-75 U.S dollars
Details:
Hopefully something that can compare with Garageband.

Modeling/Animating Program

+ Code Snippet

Platform: Windows XP
Price Range: 0-50 U.S dollars
Details:
Something that can be used for good, solid, models, but not a map maker, like cartography shop.

Texturing Program

+ Code Snippet

Platform: Windows XP
Price Range: 0-55 U.S dollars
Details:
A program that is better than Photoshop Elements, because I already have that

GUI Maker (something that makes gui's)

+ Code Snippet

Platform: Windows XP
Price Range: 0-50 U.S dollars
Details:
Something that is like Blue GUI, (or is Blue)

Music Maker (software to make music): Audacity is alright.

Modeling/Animating Program: I love Milkshape3D best cheap modeler I have seen yet, loads of features, and easy to use

Texturing Program: for low prices, there isn't much. Try GIMP maybe? never used it myself though.
