ok this is a free setup file creator that some people might be intrested in useing.
it will do almost anything you could want encryption, compression, mutiple languages, password protection, start menu, quick launch, desktop icons, weblinks, ok you get the picture. For anyone who has tested my program it is what i used to create the setup for.

the program is a periodic table viewer if you look around you will probbaly find it. Not for sure about the exact url though

The big freeware one in the VB and C++ worlds is NIS, Nullsoft's Install System. Completely professional, windows installer-based.

Yeah, nullsoft, the guys who made WinAmp.
