im tryn 2 check limb infor on a object that came with 3d game creator cd. I not real sure how this works, I've read the manual for syntax but i cant retrieve or access the limb information.

Hum RPGamer made this for me when I asked how I could get the limb numbers out of a rigged .x model:

hope you understand how it works. It prints out a .txt file with the info.. but this is more of an example of how to get the information.

SYNC ON : Sync rate 60
Autocam OFF

`Load and Set Up Deen
Load Object "Models/model.x",1

 if file exist("limbs.txt") then delete file "limbs.txt"
   open to write 1,"limbs.txt"

Perform Checklist for Object Limbs 1
numLimbs = Checklist Quantity()

for nameLimbs = 1 to numLimbs
            write string 1,"Limb "+str$(nameLimbs)+": "+Checklist String$(nameLimbs)
next nameLimbs
