Ok, I'm wanting to get together a really small team for a really small game project. But I cant put in a team request and I cannot put in a WIP because I want to get some people together to bounce ideas of each other. So what do I do? would it get deleted if I posted it on this part of the forum? :s

If you're serious about setting up a team then create your own web site dedicated to the task. Include documents, code, exes - anything to do with your project, something that proves its "for real" and then we would allow you to post to this board saying "here is what we have so far, please take a look". Generic team requests are now allowed any more, they're ultimately fruitless unless someone has put in serious groundwork to begin with. If there's no sign of that, then there's no post approval, sorry.
